You will need:
- Cotton jersey or polyester 11" x 6" (30 x 15cm). For better results choose a thin stretchy fabric.
- Picot Elastic
- Ribbon
- Tulle
- 2 Snaps or velcro.

This pattern has a seam allowance of 5mm
