You will need:
- Cotton jersey or polyester 11" x 5.6" (27 x 14cm). For better results choose thin stretchy fabric.
- Picot Elastic
- Ribbon
- Tulle
- 2 Snaps or velcro.

This pattern has a seam allowance of 5mm
