• Less than 1/2 yard (approx. 45cm) pre-washed light-medium weight
 Cotton Fabric.
• Plain white piece of cotton for collar and neck facing
• Cotton lace approx. 1.5m
• Velcro or snap buttons or real buttons
• Elastic thread


This tutorial has an explanation of how to make pleats with smocking pleater and how to make it manually in case you don't have this great machine,
