Top has half circle skirt option.
Dress has 3/4 circle skirt pattern
Full circle pattern option is added but no photo tutorial for that. Process is very similar to the tutorial included.

This pattern has explanations on how to sew it with a lot of photos.
You'll need
- Cotton jersey or polyester with a very good stretch 8" x 18" for top
and 11" x 11" for the dress
- White Lining cotton jersey or polyester with a very good
stretch 9" x 5" (24 x 11cm)
- Matching thread
This pattern has a seam allowance 1/4" (approx. 6mm)
