You will need:
- Cotton jersey or polyester 15" x 5.5" (40 x 15cm). For better results choose thin stretchy fabric.
- Picot Elastic
- Ribbon
- Tulle
- 2 Snaps or velcro.

This pattern has a seam allowance 1/4"
